Honda PH launches all-new Airblade 160

The scooter is priced at P119,900.In a statement, the Japanese automaker’s local arm said that the latest addition to its roster — which replaces the nameplate’s 150cc version — is available in all its dealerships since yesterday (August 15, 2022).
Capable of providing a higher power output, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 is equipped with a 157cc, four-valve, eSP+ engine that can deliver as much as 15 horses and 14.6Nm of torque. It can also cover 47.5 kilometers per liter (based on the World Motorcycle Test Cycle Method).
Helping the engine to be more fuel efficient is the ride’s idling stop system that switches off the engine if the scooter has gone stationary for three seconds and automatically turns on at the twist of the throttle.
Absorbing the bumps on the road while damping the rebounds are the twin shock rear suspension system.
Further, the all-new Honda Airblade160 is fitted with a large underseat compartment and an LED lamp inside that can fit a helmet as well as other personal items.
Moreover, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 comes with a suite of essential technologies such as anti-lock braking system, smart key, anti-theft alarm, a 2.1-ampere USB Type A charging port at the luggage compartment, and a full digital instrument panel that displays speed, fuel consumption information, trip meter — among others.
The all-new Honda Airblade 160 also illuminates the road with its all-LED lighting system.
The sharp body lines complement the motorcycle’s two-tone color scheme, the 3D emblem, and the two-tone leather seat.
Priced at P119,900, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 is offered in three hues such as Matte Dim Gray Metallic (furnished with Gold 3D Emblem plus a “Special Edition” sticker on the body); Pearl Dark Ash Blue 2 and Candy Luster Red, (both slapped with a Silver 3D Emblem).
