Honda Philippines Incorporated (HPI) has unveiled the new Click160.
In a statement, the company said that the scooter’s latest iteration is sportier, more stylish and is designed to “excite passionate motorcycle lovers’ senses.”
Unlike the outgoing version, the new Honda Click160 features bold decals at the side of the LED headlight instead of the chrome company badge.
Aside from that, the motorcycle wears three two-tone color options: Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic, Matte Solar Red Metallic, and Matte Cosmo Silver Metallic.
The new Honda Click160 is 1,929 millimeters (mm) long; 678 mm wide; and 1,088 mm tall with a 778-mm seat height; 1,278-mm wheelbase; and 138-mm ground clearance.
Powering the motorcycle’s updated version is still the 157 cubic-centimeter, four-stroke, four-valve, liquid-cooled engine with PGM-FI (programmed fuel injection) system, eSP+ (Enhanced Smart Power Plus) technology, and Idling Stop System.
Per HPI, the new Honda Click160 can do 46.7 kilometers per liter based on World Motorcycle Test Cycle (WMTC) standards. Facilitating decelerations and halts is the combined braking system (CBS).
Its host of amenities include a Type A USB charger, smart key switch, anti-theft alarm, park brake lock, a full digital meter panel, and an 18-liter luggage box.
Now wearing a more affordable price tag at P116,900, the scooter’s latest iteration is P6,000 cheaper than its predecessor, which was being sold for P122,900.
To recall, the Honda Click160 entered the Philippine market in 2022 at a similar price point.
