Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI) expressed firm belief that the all-new Airblade 160 is a good choice for today’s young professionals.
In a statement, the leading motorcycle brand in the country said that the scooter offering has the capability to deliver the specific demands of the young professionals — from their daily commute to weekend adventures — that makes it an enjoyable all-around ride.
According to HPI, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 would fit the requirement of the professional millennials and Gen Z-ers as the model immediately establishes its presence on the road with its sleek and sporty design made up of sharp curves. Complementing its overall aesthetics is the 3D emblem and the new two-tone leather seat.
Being always on the go, young professionals are into compact and lightweight. With a curb weight of 114 kilograms, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 can easily weave through city traffic, saving time and avoiding spending precious time being stuck on the road.
The all-new Honda Airblade 160 is powered by a new-generation 157 cubic capacity, four-stroke, four-valve, liquid-cooled, eSP+ engine that can deliver a maximum churn of 15 horsepower and 14.6Nm of pulling power — enough to take riders anywhere.
In terms of riding comfort, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 has a seat height of 775 millimeters for a relaxed riding position while experiencing less bumps on the road with its twin rear suspension system.
Further, the motorcycle can carry loads in its 23.2-liter storage compartment with an LED lamp system.
Aside from that, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 comes with leveled-up features that include an anti-lock braking system; all-LED lighting system; a full digital meter panel and new USB charging port.
Additionally, it also has the Honda Smart Key System integrated with an answer back system and anti-theft alarm, as well as the idling stop system that improves fuel efficiency. Based on World Motorcycle Test Cycle (WMTC) standards, the all-new Honda Airblade 160 can do 47.5 kilometers per liter.
Priced at P125,900, the all-new Honda AirBlade 160 can be had in three color options namely Matte Dim Gray Metallic, Pearl Dark Ash Blue 2, and Candy Luster Red.
The nameplate’s latest version was launched in August last year.
