It seems that Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI) is not done with its unveiling of new models as it is set to introduce a new motorcycle soon.
Based on the teaser photo released on its Facebook page about a week ago, the leading motorcycle distributor in the country will likely release the latest version of the Click 125.
This follows the launching of its bigger version, the Click 160, as well as the Airblade 160 and ADV 160.
As seen on the silhouette, the taillamps and signal lights of the soon-to-be released motorcycle showed that it will likely be a small displacement motorcycle. Upon checking the other markets, the image has a strong resemblance to that of the Honda Vario 125 seen in Indonesia.
While everyone is waiting for the model to be officially revealed soon (together with its specifications and pricing), below are some of the details of the Honda Vario 125 in the neighboring country.
The Indonesia-spec Honda Vario 125 is powered by a four-step, single overhead cam, fuel injected, 125cc liquid-cooled engine with enhanced smart power system. It can generate up to 11.2 horsepower and 10.8 Nm of torque.
Further, the pricing of the scooter from Astra Honda starts at RP 22.35 million (P79,194 when converted) up to RP 24.25 million (P85,878).
