Honda Cars PH website launches Auto Loan Link page
With the goal of providing better service to customers in the era of stay-at-home and social distancing, Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI) has just made it easier for car shoppers to apply and get approved for an auto loan via its newly-launched Auto Loan Link page.
“As the nation continues its fight against the COVID-19 global pandemic, Honda launches its Auto Loan Link page in its official website,” the official local distributor for the automotive titan announced.
HCPI designed its new website feature to be “an easier and safer way for customers to apply for an auto loan with the brand’s official bank partners.”
As a separate page for auto loan transactions, the new website feature provides Honda car shoppers with a list of various participating banks that they can choose to apply for an auto loan, including established providers like Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), China Bank Savings, and more.
Once the customer has chosen a bank, the website will then redirect to the bank’s dedicated auto loan page.
“During these trying times, we are one with the country’s continuing fight against COVID-19 and this is one of the ways that we are adapting to the new normal,” said HCPI Masahiko Nakamura. “One of our top priorities during this challenging time is to provide a more convenient and safer way for our customers to purchase a car while staying in the comforts of their home.”
HCPI began the resumption of operations at its dealerships starting May 4 in general community quarantine (GCQ) areas. The group then expanded reopening to dealerships in the Luzon and the Metro beginning May 16, as quarantine measures eased in the nation’s largest and most populous island.
During the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), HCPI launched various initiatives to help frontliners do their work better. The company extended some 15 vehicles to medical frontliners, which included a Honda City, Honda Brio, Honda Jazz, Honda Mobilio, Honda BR-V, Honda HR-V, and Honda CR-V.
The brand also announced its plans to go virtual by August of this year to provide customers a contactless means of vehicle purchase, maintenance, and repairs.
