Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI), the leading motorcycle distributor in the country, has just unveiled the latest iteration of their commuter offering, the TMX125 Alpha.
The third-generation Honda TMX125 Alpha offers durability and reliability. Powered by an Overhead Valve (OHV) engine, this fuel efficient mill—which uses a push rod to balance acceleration and control for hours of easy and hassle-free operation—is able to record 62.5 kilometers per liter at a constant speed of 44 kilometers per hour.
The New TMX125 Alpha stands 1,904 millimeter (mm) long, 754 mm wide and 1,026 mm high with a relatively low seat at 760 mm, which gives its rider a comfortable seating position. What is new to this is that its rear sprocket is now 38T from the previous 44T, as HCPI claims that such size “meet the customers’ requirement for best balance of engine power and acceleration.”
Priced at P51,400, the New TMX125 Alpha is available in the color variants of Candy Ruby Red, Black, and premium color Matte Armored Silver Metallic.
HPI President Susumu Mitsuishi expressed pride over their latest offering.
"Honda has always been committed to ensuring that Filipinos' everyday needs are met through our motorcycles. With the new normal changing industries and lives, we want to help riders have the upper hand in facing these challenges to continue providing for their families, guaranteeing that with The New TMX125 Alpha, Angat Ka!" Mitsuishi said.
