The Chinese premium marque's local roster is led by the H9 and E-HS9.In a statement, the Chinese premium automaker’s local arm shared that it has an aim to meet the growing premium vehicle market in the Philippines.
Following this, the company noted that since the luxury marque was introduced to the local market in 2023, it has secured its presence in various areas in Metro Manila — noting that its first-ever dealership was at Bonifacio Global City, followed by the opening of facilities in Manila Bay, Alabang, and Quezon City.
“This strategic growth ensures that more Filipinos have access to Hongqi's luxury vehicles, including both all-electric and internal combustion engine models. The expansion reflects Hongqi's ‘dual-power approach’ and its aim to meet the increasing demand for premium automobiles in the Philippines,” the company said.
Aside from that, Hongqi Philippines’ local lineup is led by the H9 flagship sedan as well as E-HS9 all-electric sport utility vehicle.
“The H9 and E-HS9 are just the beginning of a new era for Hongqi — new bold and sustainable direction,” Hongqi Philippines President Rashid Delgado shared.
“Hongqi is poised to expand its presence throughout 2025 and beyond. “By granting the Filipino market full access to the pinnacle of automotive luxury with new showrooms, new models, and a new direction, Hongqi dares drivers to defy standards,” he added.
