Hyundai after-sales effort brings servicing home
Hyundai Asia Resources Inc. (HARI), the Korean carmaker’s Philippine distributor, has announced its latest after-sales program that lets its customers experience quality service while parked at their respective garages.
Hyundai Philippines Dealer-to-your-Door (D2D) Home Service and Pick-up and Delivery service is helping Hyundai vehicle owners to stay at home while maintaining their units in top condition.
With Hyundai@YourService, Hyundai customers can book their regular preventive maintenance service (PMS) online and avail of the D2D program where the dealership would pick the vehicle up and return it back to their doorstep after servicing.
Apart from that, clients can still avail of the ongoing Back on Trax in TwentyOne PMS promo. Those who book for D2D Pick-up and Delivery for their regular PMS from March 15 to April 10, 2021 can take advantage of 21 percent discount on PMS labor, 21 percent price slash on PMS parts, a free 21-point checkup, and free car wash.
These two new services from HARI are among the offerings being presented to promote safe and contactless operations.
Around the same period last year, HARI launched the Hyundai Guidelines for Protection and Safety (GPS) as its initial design for "new normal" dealership operations. Part of it is the Hyundai ARMOR (Active Response, Management, Operations, and Resumption) program which reinvents HARI’s award-winning after-sales with a “Right Here, Right Care” promise.
