Hyundai Ioniq 6 available for test drives at AFPCTDF 2023

Customers now test drive the Hyundai Ioniq 6 at the ongoing Auto Focus Pre-Christmas Test Drive Festival (AFPCTDF) 2023.

The sporty-looking sedan — along with its also EV brethren that is the Hyundai Ioniq 5 — can be checked out at the Hyundai booth in the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds and driven around the test area from November 16-19, 2023.

To note, the two EV offerings are both World Car of the Year awardees. Also, both models share the same vehicle-to-load capability, allowing them to act as power banks if needed.

Those who will pre-order a unit at the course of the four-day event organized by Sunshine Television shall receive a limited-edition Ioniq 5 die cast model.

Joining the two EV models are the Stargazer X and Custin, which were launched recently to the Philippine market.

The Hyundai Custin boasts second-row captain chairs with a 10-way power seat adjustment, and a 10.4-inch infotainment system. It is also equipped with Hyundai SmartSense suite of safety technologies that include advanced driver assistive systems. Propelling the recently-revealed model is a turbocharged Smartstream engine.

Meanwhile, the Hyundai Stargazer X — based the model’s GLS Premium trim — is outfitted with black roof with rails and wears 17-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the vehicle is fitted with piano black dashboard and seats that have red stitching. In addition, the vehicle comes with electronic parking brake system with autohold.

Other Hyundai models such as the Creta, Staria and Tucson can be driven at the test drive grounds.

Further, the brand’s signature café — in partnership with Brew + Bakes — will also be present to serve freshly made hot and cold beverages for free on all four days.
