Hyundai to debut N Vision 74, RN22e at 2023 Canadian International Auto Show
Hyundai announced that the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) concept N Vision 74 and the fully-electric RN22e will make their debut at the upcoming 2023 Canadian International Auto Show.

According to Hyundai, the RN22e is an all-electric vehicle.Scheduled to take place from February 17 to 24 at the Metro Toronto Convention Center in Toronto, the Canadian International Auto Show will once again open its doors after a three-year absence.
“We are excited to make a return to the Auto Show in Toronto with the Canadian debut of the N Vision 74 and the global auto show reveal of RN22e. These vehicles showcase Hyundai’s unwavering focus on sustainability, performance, design, and innovation. Attendees of the Canadian International Auto Show are in for something special this year from Hyundai,” said Hyundai Auto Canada President and Chief Executive Officer Don Romano.
The N Vision 74 is the first hydrogen-hybrid rolling lab of the N brand and reflects Hyundai's efforts and passion to develop high-performance, sustainable hydrogen electric vehicles. Additionally, the N Vision 74 also comes with the design and heritage of the “Pony Coupe Concept,” the first sports car to be produced in Korea that was unveiled in 1974.
The N Vision 74, Hyundai explained, is a testament to the South Korean carmaker’s decades-long commitment to set a new standard of next-generation high performance and reflects the company’s efforts to move towards a carbon-neutral future.
Meanwhile, the RN22e is a high-performance electric vehicle (EV) developed by Hyundai’s N brand division. Designed to become an “everyday sports car” with dynamic cornering and racetrack capabilities, the RN22e features front and rear electric motors for all-wheel drive, advanced torque vectoring technology, and an aerodynamic design inspired by the Ioniq 6.
It is built on the brand’s Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) and also incorporates technology and know-how from Hyundai's Electric Touring Car Race (ETCR) motorsports and past projects.
