The N's official reveal will be at the Manila International Auto Show 2024.Per the brand’s arm in the country, the N brand would have its debut through the motor-sport inspired version of the Elantra (a model that was once sold in the country).
“At Hyundai Motor Philippines (HMPH), we ‘Innovate Everyday’ so that we can make it possible for our diverse Filipino customers to experience progress in their everyday lives. So, for those who enjoy and are passionate about high-performance, we are pleased to share with you that our technology powerhouse, N, is arriving in the country,” HMPH President Dongwook Lee said.
“To all existing, and soon-to-be, ‘N-thusiasts’, we are excited to be giving you access to the ground-breaking cars that came out of our rolling lab. Outstanding pleasure and that fun-to-drive thrill will be at arm’s reach starting this April,” he added.
N was taken from Hyundai Motor’s research and development facility in Namyang, Korea and its technical center in Nürburgring, Germany. HMPH shared that it is founded upon three main pillars: Corner Rascal, Everyday Sportscar, and Racetrack Capability.
Sharing the spotlight with the Elantra N at the four-day motoring event is the Elantra N TCR, the 2023 winner of the TCR World Tour Drivers’ Championship. They will be joined by the Creta, Custin, fifth-generation Santa Fe, the X trim of the Stargazer, Staria, and Tucson as well as the Ioniq 5 and 6 electric vehicles.
