The dealership boasts a 300-square-meter display area that can showcase up to six vehicles, a modern customer lounge with reclining chairs, and a service shop with 24 service bays.The Japanese automaker’s distributor in the country said that the newly-inaugurated facility follows the new Isuzu Outlet Standards (IOS) to guarantee “exceptional customer service and sustainable operations.”
“This facility is a testament to our commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction by aligning with the latest Isuzu Outlet Standards (IOS). The dealership features a spacious showroom and transaction area, designed to provide a more comfortable and engaging experience for our customers,” BMD Group Vice President and Isuzu Cabanatuan Branch Head Benito Domingo Jr. said.
The Isuzu Cabanatuan IOS (which has a total land area of 6,500 square meters) features a 300-square-meter display area that can showcase up to six vehicles, a modern customer lounge with reclining chairs, and a service shop with 24 service bays (including five dedicated truck bays).
It also has an on-grid solar power system that is said to be capable of supplying the showroom’s electricity requirements. IPC said that the initiative emphasizes its dealer-partner’s commitment to environmentally friendly operations — aligning with the brand’s vision of innovation and sustainability.
During the inauguration ceremony, IPC President Tetsuya Fujita applauded the BMD for such a project towards sustainability.
“The installation of solar panels at this facility is yet another testament to their commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship. This forward-thinking approach, which is not new to the group, highlights the dedication of its leaders to ensuring that all their facilities nationwide are energy-efficient and resilient, even in the face of calamities,” Fujita said.
Further, the inauguration of Isuzu Cabanatuan IOS coincided with the BMD’s 47th anniversary.
