Isuzu moves into in La Union with new dealership
Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), together with One Maharlika Motors Sales and Services Corporation, recently celebrated the grand opening of Isuzu La Union.
The new Isuzu dealership is located at Barangay Paringao, Bauang, La Union, and is open to cater to the sales and after-sales needs of Isuzu’s customers in the province.
Leading the private ribbon-cutting ceremony were the executives of IPC with President Hajime Koso, One Maharlika’s Chairman and President Ben Garcia, and VP for Admin Joyce Garcia.
Also present were La Union Governor's representative Justo Orros III and Bauang Vice Mayor Henry Bacurnay Jr.
“We chose Isuzu because we believe in the products of Isuzu. Worldwide, it is known for its supremacy in diesel engine technology, and here in the Philippines, it is the number one brand. That is why we are really grateful to IPC for trusting us and appointing us to serve the province of La Union,” said Ben Garcia.
Isuzu La Union is the 10th dealership to follow the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS). It sits on an 8,607-sqm area with a showroom for one truck, four light commercial vehicles (LCV), and a service area that can accommodate at least two trucks and five LCVs.
“Today, I am proud that despite the difficult situations due to COVID-19 pandemic, Isuzu Philippines Corporation’s newest dealership, Isuzu La Union, is celebrating its grand opening day. Congratulations, Isuzu La Union! Now our La Union customers will enjoy the benefit that our partnership brings — Isuzu’s world-class products and services,” said Koso.
The IPC President added, “Also today, you are not just opening an Isuzu dealership. You are also opening your doors to being a contributor to the growth of this province with its major potentials in the fields of agriculture and tourism. We are now officially part of the province’s striving for progress. With our vehicles, we will contribute to the mobility of its people, of its goods, and to its thriving agritourism.”
Isuzu La Union Vice President for Administration Joyce Garcia acknowledged the IPC President’s message by saying, “Together, we can help on another in our nation-building, catering to the needs of our community as One Maharlika will be the bridging vessel to provide the logistical solutions to our people.”
Meanwhile, La Union Governor Pacoy Ortega said in a video message, “This opening reinvigorates hope as we hold on to our solidarity in rising above the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the uncertainties and adversities at present, we remain steadfast in our commitment to provide the highest sense of public service for our constituents, through your help, our partners in the industry development and investment."
