Isuzu PH broke 300k-sales landmark last month
The local arm of Japanese commercial vehicle maker Isuzu has announced that they have reached the 300,000-vehicle sales milestone.
Isuzu Philippines Corporation, the sole authorized distributor for the Japanese marque, made the announcement following their e-invite.
Reaching the said milestone was an uphill climb for IPC, as 2020 has been riddled with challenges from the start of the year, like the Mt. Taal phreatic eruption, and since March till today, the hounding of the dreaded Covid-19 pandemic.
In their tally last month, IPC delivered 300,133 units, with the biggest chunk held by the light commercial vehicle segment amounting to 241,389 units rolled out.The Isuzu D-Max, is said to be the milestone marker for the latest feat.
Meanwhile, the bigger commercial vehicles sold 58,744 units since it started its operation in 1996, which led to their achievement of holding the top position in the truck category for two decades straight. IPC attributed such strength to their wide variety of commercial vehicles that serves as a reliable business solution to its clientele nationwide.
Helping the company achieved such landmark is its more than 40 dealer-network strategically placed all around the country.
IPC President Hajime Koso expressed pride over the feat reached by the company.
“The company is honored to have achieved this milestone, and as we move towards the next, we vow to continue to provide business solutions and at the same time uphold local manufacturing contributing to the Philippine economy,” Koso said.
“We are very thankful to our loyal customers, who have been our brand champions and stands as our inspiration in attaining utmost ‘Customer Success’,” he added.
Further, IPC will also announce special promotions for its clients and loyal customers.
On top of that, the company is also giving back through its scheduled donation of P300,000 worth of PPEs to different quarantine facilities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao regions, living it up to its tag line “Your Responsible Partner”.
The promotion and donation activities will begin from the last week of September till the end of October 2020.
