Isuzu PH donates P250K to another hospital
Continuing its string of efforts to contribute to the society, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has again turned over P250,000 to Irosin District Hospital (IDH).

Joining IPC in the latest donation was its long-time partner, Gencars Inc.In a statement, the leading truck manufacturer and distributor in the country shared that it gave the said amount to the health facility as part of the continuing efforts in line with the “Road To Progress” vision that was announced during the company's 25th inaugural anniversary celebration.
The IPC team led by Assistant Vice President for Administration Imelda Bernas and Gencars team led by Isuzu Legazpi Sales Manager Susan Reyes went to Sorsogon to hand over the cash donation.
Gencars Inc. is one of IPC's long-time partners and has numerous dealerships under it. Two of them are the refreshed Isuzu Makati and the soon-to-rise bigger San Pablo facility.
The Japanese marque’s local arm shared that the donation recipient is a modest government hospital under the management of Sorsogon Hospital. It is catering patients in the municipality of Irosin and nearby areas.
IDH Chief of Hospital I Sherwin Amisola expressed gratitude over the assistance that the IPC provided, saying that the donation will help the people of Irosin. IDH Administrative Officer V Anecia Bojorque noted that the amount will be used to purchase additional medicines and hospital supplies.
Relatedly, IPC revealed that it is set to conduct two more rounds of donations to medical institutions in Metro Manila and the Visayas Region before the year ends.
Earlier, IPC donated the same amount to Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) in Cagayan De Oro. The donation for Mindanao region was made possible through the help of Isuzu Cagayan De Oro, who assisted IPC in coordinating with NMMC.
The state-managed hospital serves patients from Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental where it is located as well as to those residing in nearby provinces of Bukidnon, Camiguin, Misamis Occidental, Lanao Norte, Zamboanga del Norte and the Agusan provinces.
The Cagayan De Oro sales facility is under the Northern Mindanao Automotive Dealership Inc. (NMADI) group, which operates three more Isuzu outlets in Mindanao: Butuan, Dipolog, and Pagadian. Isuzu Cagayan De Oro is also one of the brand’s 12 pioneer sales facilities.
