The soon-to-rise dealership will sit on a 7,220-square-meter land. The Japanese vehicle marque’s local distributor, together with its long-time partner Gencars Inc., recently held its groundbreaking ceremony to the new site where the bigger and improved Isuzu San Pablo will be put up.
The soon-to-rise new Isuzu San Pablo (to be established by following the Isuzu Outlet Standard [IOS> design), will be along Kilometer 85 Maharlika Highway, Barangay San Ignacio, San Pablo City, Laguna.
Leading the groundbreaking rites were IPC President Noburo Murakami and Gencars Inc. President and Chief Executive (CEO) Edgard Cabangon.
Per IPC, the upcoming new Isuzu San Pablo will provide better over-all customer experience to their patrons in the province and nearby areas. “The relocation of Isuzu San Pablo signifies the continuation of Gencars’ commitment and confidence to the Isuzu brand,” the company noted.
The existing Isuzu San Pablo has been serving new and loyal customers for more than 20 years already. Gencars’ decision to move to a different location, IPC stated, is in line with the dealership’s growing market and demand to have room for more walk-in customers and to service more units.
“Now, with its new 7,220-square-meter land area, the dealership will house a wider showroom area that can accommodate light commercial vehicle and truck display units and a spacious service center that can cater the increasing demand for service in the area,” the company explained.
“With the strategic location of the new site, we continue to have high hopes for Isuzu San Pablo, and we are confident that you will not only continue to uphold Isuzu’s endeavor of providing the best business and transport solutions, but also our Road to Progress vision.” Considering the growing potential of San Pablo, Laguna market, Gencars has made the perfect decision to expand and to relocate Isuzu San Pablo to a bigger and more strategic location and to adopt the new IOS in order to provide an even better customer experience to more Filipinos,” Murakami said in his speech.
For his part, Cabangon shared Gencars’ commitment on providing top-notch customer service. “With this upgrade, we hope to give our clients the best experience every time they step into our dealership. Whether they are looking for their next vehicle or seeking services for their cars, we want them to be comfortable and feel cared for during their time here.”
To note, Gencars renovated its Isuzu Makati dealership last April to adopt the brand’s corporate design.
Meanwhile, IPC bared Gencars’ plans of will upgrading all its dealerships, in compliance to the new IOS layout.
