Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) announced that it is set to unveil the updated version of the D-Max this month.
The Japanese automotive manufacturer’s distributor in the country is set to reveal its pick-up truck’s spruced-up version in time for “Isuzu Summer Music Festival” to be held on April 21-23 at the Alabang Town Center (ATC).
Per IPC, the forthcoming iteration of the vehicle will be showcased during the three-day program alongside the recently-launched Isuzu mu-X. Aside from the display, customers may be test-driven as well.
The refreshed D-Max will come two years after Isuzu introduced the third-generation D-Max to the Philippine market.
While IPC has yet to share the improvements that will come with the vehicle, customers may expect the same powertrain options from the vehicle namely the 3.0-Liter 4JJ3-TCX and the RZ4E-TC engine considering that it is just an updated version. Further, it might also sport a two-tone front grille, and 20-inch alloy wheels, that were also made available in its pick-up brethren.
Meanwhile, the show on April 21 shall start by 5:45 p.m. with the unveiling of the models, followed by performances from Filipino artists Yeng Constantino, Sam Concepcion, MYMP and Barbie Almalbis.
Further, the three-day program shall also have numerous activities for the family.
Isuzu will also host Car Club Meet-up at the ATC open parking, and will conduct afternoon games for customers where they can win different prizes. On April 22, a special Isuzu dog show will take place wherein customers are welcome to bring their dogs to take photos with the D-Max and mu-X display from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to win special prizes.
Moreover, an exclusive event discount will be offered for the new Isuzu mu-X and D-Max exclusive to those who will inquire during Isuzu Summer Music Festival and will close their transaction by May 31, 2023. Existing Isuzu owners who will visit the show can also get exclusive parts and labor preventive maintenance service coupons that can be used at any Isuzu dealerships nationwide.
