Jaguar, Land Rover Returns to PH under Coventry Motors Corporation

Jaguar Land Rover Asia Pacific Importers has officially appointed Coventry Motors Corporation (CMC) as the Philippine importer and distributor of British marques Jaguar and Land Rover in the Philippine market. A distinct and independent company, CMC is poised to solidify Jaguar Land Rover's strong brand presence in the country. The distributorship will be handled by two well-known personalities in the automotive industry--George Barcelon and Gerry Alejandro, CAC's Chairman and President, respectively--whose years of combined management experience will enable the company to drive and expand its effort to stay competitive in the car luxury segment. "We are privileged and happy that Jaguar Land Rover Asia Pacific Importers chose Coventry Motors Corporation as its official distributor and importer. Jaguar and Land Rover are two of the most iconic British car brand in the automotive history that are built on years of innovation and adventure.  It's a great opportunity for us to provide excellent products with high level of customer satisfaction," said Alejandro.

Alejandro points out on how they want to focus the brand on customer experience. "Our direction towards our products is provide high quality of service to our customers. Over the next few months, we will communicate towards inquiry through our website on how they can reserve and inquire on our vehicles," he explained. Asked how CMC will gear up the two brands toward car buying in the digital age, the CMC chief said: "I think it's clear to us that we are preparing to put our resources to make sure that both the brand and the business will develop its success. And clearly, the digital age is going to be a credible option for us to communicate customer experience strategy." Coventry Motors Corporation plans to open its first dealership in the first quarter of 2018.
