Jeep PH to update 4-Door Rubicon this Aug.

Following the launch of the Sport variant last May, Jeep Philippines shall introduce the latest iteration of the Wrangler Four-Door Rubicon within the month of August.

Based on the invitation sent to Carmudi Philippines, the sport utility vehicle’s formal launch is set for August 30.

The vehicle’s official specifications and pricing are expected to be provided closer to the launch date but here are some pieces of information about the vehicle currently sold overseas.

Measuring 4,785 millimeters (mm) long; 1,877 mm wide; and 1,869 mm tall with a 3,007-mm wheelbase, the Jeep Wrangler Four-Door Rubicon is powered by either a 2.0-liter I4 double overhead cam or a 3.6-liter V6 engine mated to a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission.

However, our bet is more towards the 2.0-liter powertrain with an automatic gearbox.

Aside from that, the arriving version would likely be retailed north of P5.69 million as the outgoing version already wears that price tag.
