Jetour Auto PH team undergoes training to boost after sales experience
In its bid to provide a fulfilling customer experience to its customers in the country, Jetour Auto Philippines, Incorporated (JAPI) sent its after sales management team to China to undergo comprehensive training.

Per JAPI, all the learnings pertaining to technical processes and servicing standards that the team has received will be cascaded to its 16-dealership strong network in the Philippines.
The week-long training covered air-conditioning and transmission systems as well as engine and electronic management systems for Jetour models sold in the Philippines.
Further, the delegates also received training for battery electric vehicle technologies and systems that can be found in the Ice Cream EV.
In addition, Jetour International also gave the technical team a tour of the advanced manufacturing facilities of both Jetour and Chery Auto plants.
Moreover, the delegates were also introduced to the parts ordering and inventory systems used in global operations.
By applying the marque’s established technical standards and systems to its operations in the Philippines, JAPI aligns itself with global procedures and practices.
