Jetour PH launches customer hotline, chatbot service

Jetour Auto Philippines has launched its customer service hotline and chatbot service.

Customers of the Chinese automotive brand may contact the local arm of the carmaker by dialing 0917-5-JETOUR (538687).

To note, the hotline is only open from Mondays to Fridays during 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Through the said hotline, customers can ask for vehicle troubleshooting tips, product inquiries, service appointments, find a dealer, and book a test drive.

In addition, the Chery-owned brand introduced its mascot — Kendee.

Kendee, suspiciously named after one of the Kramer kids, will not only represent the brand but will also be its official chatbot. The cute pink car, according to Jetour, will answer customer inquiries through the marque’s official social media accounts.

Not only will Kendee address key customer inquiries like customer and technical support as well as aftersales advisories, but the mascot will also reach out to Jetour customers and share information about the brand and its products by sharing content such as vehicle fun facts, car care tips, and event schedules.

In an automotive landscape where aftersales solutions are becoming a hot topic, Jetour Auto Philippines’ creative initiative is more than welcome, especially for car buyers considering going with the Chinese brand.

Currently, Jetour’s lineup in the Philippines includes sport utility vehicles like the Dashing, X70, and X70 Plus, as well as their electric vehicle offering, the Ice Cream.
