KG Mobility assures reliable aftersales support

After acquiring its distributorship in the Philippines, The Covenant Car Company Incorporated (TCCCI) assured that its aftersales service for KG Mobility vehicles will meet the demands of its clients.

During an interview, KGM Philippines Executive Vice President and Director for Marketing Communications Services Jocelyn Buena said that the company has readied the supply of parts for its customers.

“Whenever we carry a new brand, that’s one of the pillars that we make sure that we are ready with. So just like our other brands, we are going to be ready with our service and parts availability to our clients,” Buena told Carmudi Philippines.

Customers, KG Mobility Philippines said in a statement, will have easy access on aftersales support via its accredited and authorized service outlets.

“KG Mobility Solutions is set in place to provide customers with the necessary support they need including swift, one-hour service for periodic vehicle maintenance, or home vehicle servicing packages that can be availed of for more specialized aftersales cases. Apart from these, other aftersales complements include a five-year / 100,000-kilometer vehicle warranty, and 24/7 emergency roadside assistance via KG Mobility Philippines’ customer support hotline,” the company said in a statement.

KG Mobility Philippines is planning to increase its reach by growing its dealership network from the current three to 12 by the end of 2024.

In addition, Buena shared that the KG Mobility Philippines will extend their services to Ssangyong-branded models.

At present, the KG Mobility lineup in the country is made up of the Tivoli, Tivoli Grand, Torres, Rexton, and Musso Grand.
