After enjoying strong sales since its introduction late last year, Kia Philippines fortified the lineup of its subcompact sport utility vehicle (SUV) Stonic further with the launching of the Kia Stonic Style Edition.
The Kia Stonic Style Edition 1.4 AT was launched during the official brand refresh in the country, along with the unveiling of the fourth-generation Sorento.
“Inspiration can come from anywhere, and sometimes, it creates ideas that turn into icons. This is what the Kia Stonic Style Edition is all about. It’s a stylish subcompact SUV made for millennials who get their inspiration from exhilarating designs. It’s a vehicle that combines award-winning aesthetics with modern and practical features,” Kia Philippines said in a statement.
The latest trim carries the new logo (just like the all-new Sorento) and wears blacked-out wheels, body skirts and the Style Edition badge at rear.
The familiar 1.4-liter gasoline engine is paired to a six-speed automatic transmission that can provide up to 99hp.
To serve as the top-of-the-line trim, the Kia Stonic Style Edition 1.4 AT (which is available in Clear White and Prime Red body colors) is priced at P895,000. The offering will be available by the fourth week of November.
