Lamborghini enjoys nearly P139B in 2022

Lamborghini shared its 2022 sales results, revealing an overall revenue of €2.38 billion (P138.67 billion).

The report translated to a 22-percent increase in the Italian carmaker’s revenue in 2021, which according to Lamborghini, offers a tangible demonstration of its exceptional work and underlines the company’s exponential growth.

“Our business continues to grow, and we can proudly confirm the achievement of truly remarkable targets once again in 2022. These figures come in a very important year for the company, which is marking its 60th anniversary and entering the second phase of the Direzione Cor Tauri program: an unparalleled investment plan that will guide our growth, lead to further improvements in our financial performance, and boost the value of our brand and our company. We are ready to face the many challenges and changes that await us in 2023 and we will keep pushing to the next level. We have an opportunity to really focus on our next objectives, thanks in part to our 18-month waiting list, which means we can confidently contemplate our future targets. This is a golden time for Lamborghini: we have made history even as we continue to pursue growth,” said Lamborghini Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Stephan Winkelmann.

The year 2022, according to the Sant’Agata Bolognese-based brand, was also a record-breaking year for deliveries.

Lamborghini delivered and sold more than 9,000 cars last year, thanks to positive reception from the marque’s macro-regions. Its biggest markets last year were Asia and America.

Model-wise, the Lamborghini Urus super sport utility vehicle led the way while the Huracán and the Aventador followed closely.
