Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica makes track and tarmac debut at Valencia

Lamborghini’s newest super sports car, the Huracán Tecnica, recently made its track and tarmac debut at Valencia, in Spain. According to the Italian carmaker, the lean V10-powered machine’s latest outing is a display of how it handles and performs in various environments.

The three souls of the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica — easy everyday driving; sporty fun-to-drive; and high-performing track-day car — were explored in downtown Valencia, on the Spanish mountain roads, and on the Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

Thanks to its features, the Tecnica boasts a unique character that delivers a sporty, lifestyle super sports car, for both road and track.

The Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica takes the engine and track prowess of the Huracán STO to deliver a rear-wheel-drive car with rear-wheel steering, alongside a 10-kilogram weight reduction; a power increase of around 30 horses; improved aerodynamics; rear downforce increased by 35 percent; and drag reduced by 20 percent, compared to the Huracán EVO rear-wheel-drive model.

Other notable features that make the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica a sporty, fun-to-drive car include direct steering and torque vectoring, a modified Performance Traction Control system, Bridgestone tires (Potenza Sport on-road and Potenza Race on-track), and specific dynamic set-up.

In addition, it is made with convenience features such as satnav, car-finder and status report with integrated Amazon Alexa, telemetry, onboard diary, and What3Words functionality.
