Lamborghini Sián FKP 37-inspired yacht receives award

Automobili Lamborghini announced that the brand’s luxury watercraft was honored at the 2022 International Yacht and Aviation Awards.

Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 (which was inspired by the Sián FKP 37) was recently hailed as the winner in the “Motor Yacht under 25 meters” category. The accolade  was handed over during the awards ceremony held last May 27 at the Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice.

The yacht was the product of the collaboration between the hypercar marque and The Italian Sea Group.

“This award celebrates the success of our ambitious project and the outstanding work done by Lamborghini and Tecnomar to reproduce the essence of Lamborghini’s DNA in a luxury sporting yacht. This motor yacht is the perfect interpretation of a Lamborghini in the nautical sphere,” Automobili Lamborghini Strategy Director Stefano Rutigliano was quoted as saying.

For his part, the global luxury yachting operator’s Vice President Giuseppe Taranto said that the victory represents “further confirmation of the success of the partnership.” “I congratulate the entire team of engineers and designers of our two companies who collaborated closely and enthusiastically in the creation of this one-of-a-kind yacht.”

To note, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 features carbon fiber and the super sports seats — similar to the components found in the Sián FKP 37.

The new motor yacht has a top speed of 63 knots, making it the fastest in the Tecnomar fleet.
