Lamborghini has unveiled a special-edition Urus Performante that is reserved exclusively only to owners of the Essenza SCV12 track car.
Created by the Italian automotive brand’s bespoke division Ad Personam, the Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 will allow its owners to uniquely configure their automobiles, featuring a dedicated design and racing-inspired details for maximum sportiness.
“The Lamborghini Urus SC-V12 Edition is the most expressive and detailed livery we have ever created. It is exclusively linked and designed personally for each of the 40 customers of the Lamborghini Essenza SCV12. The livery of the Urus SCV12 is painted black in the lower part to deliver even sportier proportions on the Urus, and the exterior color is directly linked with the exclusive color of the Essenza SC-V12, with a colored pinstripe connecting the front, side, and rear graphically. The result is a stormy, unique, and colorful limited series of Urus,” Lamborghini Head of Design Mitja Borkert was quoted saying.
The Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 boasts plenty of exposed carbon fiber elements with a glossy or matte finish. This, the Sant’Agata Bolognese-headquartered brand said, can be found on almost all exterior surfaces such as the roof, the bonnet, the rocker covers, the mirrors, and the carbon fiber frame with the Lamborghini logo set between the rear light clusters.
Additionally, Lamborghini’s Centro Stile designers created a dedicated Ad Personam livery with color combinations tailored to specific customer requests, with the paintwork of each unit undertaken in Lamborghini’s in-house paint shop.
By default, all Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 ride on 23-inch high gloss black wheels and black calipers by default, although their owners can slap in the wheel and tire of their choice.
Inside, the special-edition Lamborghini Urus Performante boasts a dark-themed interior with exclusive Nero Cosmus Alcantara upholstery, carbon fiber decorations, black anodized aluminum elements, plus a Dark Package.
The carbon fiber details also come with a decorative element on the passenger side of the dashboard and the kick plates with the silhouette and logo of the Essenza SCV12.
Rounding up the unique interior appointments of the Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 are two celebratory carbon fiber plaques in the passenger compartment: one with the Lamborghini 60th Anniversary logo and the other with the vehicle number or the customer’s name.
Power will come from a twin-turbo V8 engine that delivers 656 horsepower and 850 Newton-meters of torque. It has a top speed of 306 kilometers per hour (kph) and can zoom from zero to 100 kph in just 3.3 seconds.
The super exclusive Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 will have a very limited run of only 40 samples.
