Land Rover announced the arrival of a luxury SUV with three rows, eight seats, and a four-wheel-drive drivetrain sometime last month. The Defender 130 is said to be an off-roader that will pave the way for “epic all-terrain adventures.”

The Land Rover Defender 130 is priced in the UK at £73,895.Launched yesterday, May 31, the Land Rover Defender 130 joins the Defender 90 and the Defender 110, expanding the British automaker’s luxury 4X4 lineup.
“New Defender 130 brings a new dimension of capability to our most durable and rugged family of vehicles. Its spacious interior welcomes and transports up to eight people in supreme comfort, enabling unparalleled sophisticated adventuring opportunities for families, with unique design signatures to create a distinct New Defender experience,” said Land Rover Vehicle Programs Executive Director Nick Collins.
Notable exterior features of the Land Rover Defender 130 include its new Sedona Red finish. The exclusive paint not only gives the Defender 130 a rugged yet sophisticated character but also ensures that the eight-seater SUV 130 stands out in the lineup.
The Defender 130 also has two panoramic sunroofs, Narvik Black roof rails, a subtle boat tail-style uplift, a body-color hard-shell spare wheel cover, and 20-inch alloy wheels.
An Extended Bright Pack, available in addition to the existing Bright Pack, complements the exterior of the Defender 130 and provides it with a distinct look thanks to its Ceres Silver Satin finish found around all lower body cladding and front and rear skid plates that are finished in Noble Chrome.
Its interior not only offers generous space but also impressive features such as heated seats, padded armrests, thoughtful storage, and USB-C ports. Carpets are also fitted throughout to suit the 130’s unique character.
The Defender 160 also features an 11.4-inch Pivi Pro touchscreen with what3words navigation and a cabin air purifier.
