The Accent is one of Hyundai’s best-selling vehicles in the Philippines, both in the brand-new and in the second-hand car market. Last year, the Hyundai Accent topped the brand’s sales figures with 5,349 units sold sitting next to the carmaker’s commercial vehicle, the H-100, and the shorter passenger car, the Reina.
Its simplicity and practicality appealed to the Filipino people who often use it as a family car or an alternative source of income through TNVS companies.
Through the local arm of the South Korean automaker, Hyundai offers the Accent locally in six variants. Interested to know which among them fits your motoring (and budgetary) needs? Let’s check out their spec sheets below.
But before we begin, we’d like to point out that these variants share a lot of similarities. They do, however, differ in terms of transmission and airbag availability. That said, we’ll group them into two categories based on their engine model.
