LTFRB Opens 7 New P2P Routes To, From Philippine Arena
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has opened seven new Premium Point-to-Point (P2P) Bus Service Routes which will originate from the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan to seven different destinations to the north and south.
1. Philippine Arena – Clark
Route Length: Approximately 75.8 kilometers
Authorized Units: 15
One-Way Fare: PHP300
2. Philippine Arena – Calumpit, Bulacan (with Special Stops in Bocaue)
Route Length: Approximately 27.4 kilometers
Authorized Units: 15
One-Way Fare: PHP110
3. Philippine Arena – San Fernando, La Union
Route Length: Approximately 244 kilometers
Authorized Units: 36
One-Way Fare: PHP980
4A. Philippine Arena – Central (Quezon City)
Route Length: Approximately 24.7 kilometers
Authorized Units: 20
One-Way Fare: PHP100
4B. Philippine Arena – North EDSA
Route Length: Approximately 22 kilometers
Authorized Units: 15
One-Way Fare: PHP90
5. Philippine Arena – Monumento, Quezon City
Route Length: Approximately 21 kilometers
Authorized Units: 15
One-Way Fare: PHP80
6. Philippine Arena – Lawton, Manila
Route Length: Approximately 29 kilometers
Authorized Units: 15
One-Way Fare: PHP120
Of the seven routes, two--Philippine Arena – Central (Quezon City) and Philippine Arena – North EDSA--will be serviced by only one operator.
The seven routes were originally conceived by the Board as only four as part of Package 12 when it initially rolled out 28 new Premium P2P routes in March 2019.
The new routs are indicated in the Board's Memorandum Circular No. 2019-049 signed by Chairman Atty. Martin Delgra III only yesterday, September 18.
