Should a PUV driver, operator, or conductor be found guilty of violating the “Safe Spaces Act,” he or she will face a fine of P5,000 fine and a six-month suspension. If the same person is found of committing the same offense for a second time, a P10,000 fine will be levied and a 12-month suspension will be in order.
When apprehended violating the “Safe Spaces Act” for the third time, the offender will be slapped with a P15,000 fine and will have his or her Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) revoked.
