The updates for
Nissan Philippines'
(NPI) offers was redefined at mystical road trip in the island of Siquijor.
Holding on to its 'Go Anywhere' campaign, Nissan Philippines went on another drive, this time, bringing its full LCV lineup to one of the country’s laid-back destinations.
In the country's famed land of Mystery, a total of 24 select members of the motoring media took turns in experiencing the luxurious and sophisticated
Nissan Patrol, the spacious
Nissan Terra, and the tough and smart
Nissan Navara pickup truck
in traversing the roads less traveled to test its capabilities and discovering island's go-to areas.
The seemingly magic carpet has made the participants further enjoy a magical journey that makes the story more than what the usual hearsays about the area.
The three-day event was designed to test all three models as the media navigated their way through some of Siquijor's most adventurous destinations.
With its strong LCV heritage and
Nissan Intelligent Mobility features, navigating the roads of the small island proved to be an easy feat for the three vehicles.
"In line with our vision of enabling adventurers to reach their dream destinations, we are now in Siquijor Island, to conquer the country's third smallest province with Nissan's strong LCV line-up. We are creating the ultimate 'Go Anywhere' experience with the Nissan Patrol, Nissan Terra and Nissan Navara, but exploring the best and most diverse locations across the country," said
Nissan Philippines President and Managing Director, Atsushi Najima.
The test drive demonstrated that with Nissan Intelligent Mobility features, Nissan continuously shows its commitment to enable users to 'Go Anywhere' with power, confidence, and ease even on undiscovered islands like Siquijor.
Part of the test drive was to experience the vehicles' Hill Descent Control and Hill Start Assist features powered by Nissan Intelligent Mobility.
Prior to the drive, organizers explained the nifty features of the new infotainment shared by Nissan Terra VL and VE as well as the Navarra VL--the
Nissan Connect.
The
Nissan Advanced Display Audio, which features a
new eight-inch capacitive touchscreen display, with Intelligent Mobility features such as the Around View Monitor.
The latest infotainment system is easier access to their mobile assistant, navigation apps, and music players while on the go.
However, the technical feature for the two vehicles is not available on the premium vehicle, the Patrol.
Najima, in an interview said that they are not discounting the possibility of putting the same feature in the Patrol.
"We are studying the market demand. If that's what the market wants, there is a possibility of integrating the N-Connect to all the LCV lineup," he said.
