DOTr to Mark First Five Stations of Manila-Clark Railway Project
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has named the locations of the first five stations of the Manila-Clark Railway Project which will connect Metro Manila to Central Luzon via train.
The first five stations will be in Tutuban, Valenzuela, Caloocan, Meycauayan, and Marilao, with the agency marking the exact locations via billboards on Monday, June 26, 2017.
The Manila-Clark train line was first revealed by the DOTr last April and is one of President Rodrigo Duterte's high-impact projects under the government's 'BUILD BUILD BUILD' program.
Once completed, the Manila-Clark Railway Project will ferry 350,000 passengers daily on its first year of operations alone, or 10.5 million passengers a month, over a distance of 107 kilometers in only 55 minutes.
