Modena Motorsports, Inc.(Maserati Philippines) is set to bring the hybrid version of the Italian automotive brand’s flagship executive sedan here in the Philippines.
The digital premiere of the Ghibli Hybrid will take place tomorrow, at 7 p.m. via Maserati Philippines’ official Facebook page.
Dubbed "Performance Supercharged," the digital event marks yet another step towards the inevitable electrification of the local automotive scene.
Powering the global version of the hybrid sedan is a four-cylinder engine and a 48-volt motor that produces a combined power output of 330 horses. The rear-wheel-drive powertrain gives the Ghibli Hybrid a top speed of 255kph.
In terms of aesthetic appeal, the Maserati Ghibli Hybrid keeps to its electrified nature featuring an exterior finish with a cold high-tech gray shade and blue overtones. These blue accents can be found on the sedan’s iconic triple side air vents, its Brembo brake calipers, and on the stitching lining its interior.
At the moment, Maserati Philippines has three Ghibli models in its local lineup: the 350-horsepower OG Ghibli, the sportier 430-horsepower Ghibli S, and the all-wheel-drive Ghibli S Q4 — also with 430 horses under the hood.
The arrival of the Ghibli Hybrid expands Maserati Philippines’ offerings and will allow the brand to penetrate the budding Philippine hybrid segment.
Interested customers can check out Maserati Philippines’ official Facebook page for more information.
