MANILA: Yasuhisa Masuda has formally taken the helm of Nissan Philippines Incorporated (NPI).

Following the recent change in leadership (which took place last April 1), Masuda has been reporting directly to Nissan ASEAN and Thailand President Toshihiro Fujiki, who was also new to his recent position.
Starting his career at Nissan in 2011, Masuda assumed key leadership positions under Market Intelligence, Brand and Media Strategy.
Per Nissan, the newly-hailed executive previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Japan Product Marketing and Brand and Media Strategy. Prior to joining Nissan, he also worked in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
