Mercedes-Benz PH puts minor upgrades on GLA, GLC, and GLE trims

Below are the numerous upgrades that the aforementioned models have been fitted with.
According to Mercedes-Benz Philippines, the GLA now only has the Progressive design line. The latest sport utility vehicle — which will be offered in the sole GLA 200 engine variant — has muscular shoulders and sits on 19-inch, 10-spoke alloy wheels that fully expresses its athletic appeal. On the inside, occupants will get to enjoy a 10.25-inch MBUX multimedia system and full Artico leather seats.
“The GLA 200 Progressive Line values the combination of lifestyle, design, and unmistakable SUV character. On top of this, there is high practicality for everyday use and the widest variety of leisure time activities. Compact dimensions and a flexible interior design are on trend and this SUV promotes a modern lifestyle in the city,” Mercedes-Benz Philippines shared.
Meanwhile, the Mercedes-Benz GLC 200 received new LED high-performance headlights on the outside.
For its cabin, the compact SUV also got the 10.25-inch MBUX multimedia system (with smartphone integration of Apple Carplay and Android Auto) matched to a nine-speaker sound system. Apart from that, the model also comes with an additional stowage facility package at the rear seats.
“The GLC continues to stick to its winning combination of refinement, comfort, technology, and safety. With all these new features combined makes the GLC more evenly connected to you and to its passengers,” the brand’s arm in the country said.
Lastly, the updated Mercedes-Benz GLE 300d 4MATIC (which is still powered by the same in-line four turbo diesel engine paired to a 9G Tronic automatic transmission) is being retailed as a five-seater premium SUV.
Inside the Mercedes-Benz GLE 300d 4MATIC are the dual 12.3-inch displays with MBUX infotainment system.
