MIAS 2023: Ford PH launches latest initiative to boost ownership experience
Ford announced, during the first day of the Manila International Automotive Show, that it has rolled out a new service initiative — dubbed Ford Family Guarantee — designed to provide ease and convenience in owning a Ford vehicle, therefore boosting the overall ownership experience for its customers.

Per Ford, the Mobile Service Vehicle includes services such as oil and fluid change, wiper replacement, battery replacement, and tire rotations to name a few.Under Ford Family Guarantee, the company’s customers will gain access to a suite of product and service offerings that aim to build long-term trust and confidence.
“We understand our customers have busy lives and want convenience on their terms. With Ford Family Guarantee, we are committed to taking the ownership experience to the next level by making every customer interaction with us easy, convenient, and more personalized — all to deliver on our mission of treating customers like family,” said Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen.
Through Ford Family Guarantee, owners of Ford vehicles can avail of the following service initiatives:
Express Service
Ford explained that Express Service is a solution designed for owners who prefer to have their vehicles serviced in a faster and more efficient way than regular maintenance. That said, the program takes no less than 90 minutes — car wash included.
Customers can avail of Express Service by contacting the service department of their preferred Ford dealer. The program is available only for select Ford vehicle models.
Pickup and Delivery
Meanwhile, Pickup and Delivery is a service intended for customers who prefer to have their Ford vehicle serviced without interrupting their day.
Participating Ford dealers, the local arm of the Blue Oval brand pointer out, will pick up the vehicle from a preferred location. The vehicle will then be serviced and returned to a nominated location.
Pickup and Delivery is basically a door-to-door maintenance service.
Customers are advised to check with participating Ford dealers their respective terms and conditions for the service, including the area of coverage and fees and charges.
Mobile Service Vehicle
Very soon, Ford Philippines will also offer Mobile Service Vehicle, which essentially is a Ford service facility on the go.
This service can potentially provide customers with a convenient option to service their vehicles at specific locations while receiving the same quality and expertise of Ford technicians using genuine Ford tools and parts.
Per Ford, the services included in Mobile Service Vehicle include oil and fluid change, wiper replacement, battery replacement, tire rotations, brake services, and module software updates, among others.
“Our commitment this year is to continuously expand our product and service offerings under Ford Family Guarantee,” Breen added.
