MIAS 2024 eyed to be a 'memorable one'
Organizers of the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) 2024 are eyeing to make the event a “memorable one” by giving everyone a preview of what is expected to come in the near future.
Event organizers noted that MIAS has continuously showcased the innovations and changes in the Philippine automotive scene for almost two decades.
“MIAS has been at the forefront of showcasing what the Philippine automotive industry has to offer, with many car brands and visitors wanting to be a part of this experience. MIAS has always remained unchanged and has kept the perfect formula for its different events, programs, and exhibits to give visitors the best automotive experience in Asia,” the group said.
They also added that being the second fastest-growing vehicle market in the ASEAN region, the country has seen and enjoyed the enhanced automotive user experience.
“The industry is very adaptive and responsive to the many changes it has introduced and over the years these changes have fully integrated into the industry as the norm for many car owners and manufacturers,” they claimed.
Organizers are also confident that MIAS has always served as a “bridge” for the automotive industry to showcase its innovations with the latest vehicles and products.
“It is with this that for this 19th edition of MIAS, the theme will be ‘Bridging the Future.’ MIAS and its organizers have kept their promise to make every MIAS a worthwhile visit, bridging your hopes and dreams into reality,” the statement added.
For its 19th year, MIAS shall highlight the offerings of the following brands: BAIC, BAW, Bestune, Changan, Chery, Chevrolet, DAF, Dongfeng, Foton, GAC, GWM, Hongqi, Hyundai, Hycan, JAC, Jetour, JMC, Lynk and Co, Kinglong, MG, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Omoda and Jaecoo, Peugeot, Seres, Subaru, Suzuki, and Weichai.
Earlier, MIAS co-organizer Alvin Uy told Carmudi Philippines said that visitor count for this year is expected to reach around 165,000.
