Nissan Philippines brought in the refreshed Almera a few months back. The updated compact sedan boasts a more modern look paired with an all-new 1.0-liter turbocharged motor and access to Nissan’s suite of safety features.
Interested to find out what’s it like to be inside the latest Almera? Let's check what can be seen inside the cabin in this article.
The Nissan Almera receives your buns with firm, yet comfortable seats. While most of us wish it was offered with zero-gravity seats, the Nissan Almera is still an economy car leaving it with the standard kind.
Depending on the variant, these can either be covered in fabric, fabric with gray trim, or in black leather with contrast stitching.
The driver seat features height adjustment and slides and reclines manually. The same goes with the front passenger’s side minus the height adjustment.
The second-row on the 1.0 VE Turbo CVT, 1.0 VE Turbo MT, and 1.0 EL Turbo MT are on standard bench-types with integrated headrests while those on the range-topping 1.0 VL Turbo N-Sport CVT variant are 60:40 split-folding and come with a center armrest and cup holders.
Speaking of cup holders…
The new Nissan Almera offers several slots for your beverages. As we’ve briefly covered above, the N-Sport variant gets a rear center armrest with two cupholders as well as bottle holders on each side of the rear doors, a pocket at the center console good enough to accommodate another bottle, plus more on each side of the front doors.
Inside the new Nissan Almera is an updated seven-inch instrument cluster with an integrated driver-assist display. Here, drivers can check relevant details like audio, fuel efficiency, and driving aids.
At the center is an eight-inch advanced display audio with Apple Carplay allowing Apple users to seamlessly connect their devices to the onboard infotainment system. The center screen (for 1.0 VE Turbo MT, 1.0 VE Turbo CVT, and 1.0 VL Turbo N-Sport CVT) also doubles as a monitor for the Intelligent Around View Monitor (AVM).
Currently, Nissan Philippines is offering the Almera in four variants with prices ranging from P728,000 to P1.098 million.
