The latest initiative is aimed at cutting down the need to stop at toll lanes and tap their cards or pay in cash.
Easytrip said that motorists with unreadable RFID stickers and positive account balance may have theirs replaced for free at North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Balintawak, Balagtas, Bocaue, Tabang, San Fernando, Tarlac, and Tipo toll lanes as well as in Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) Paranaque and Kawit toll plazas while customers with negative account balance are to be directed to the nearest Easytrip RFID station.
Aside from that, the toll collecting firm is also conducting a card replacement program to go along with sticker replacement.

According to Easytrip President and General Manager Jack Coson, the company is continuously innovating by creating and enhancing programs “for better customer experience.”
“Each initiative contributes to the big picture of meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Adapting to the shift in the motorists’ toll collection preference, we see through our commitment to deliver efficient, effective, and modern mobility solutions, one program at a time,” he added.
Among the initiatives that Easytrip has earlier implemented are the migration of myeasytrip users to the MPT DriveHub app (which has a user-friendly interface and upgraded features), the putting up of One-stop Shop stations (which allow same-day processing of RFID concerns), and creation of the Auto-SOA (a service that automatically sends a digital copy of the Statement of Account to the customers’ registered e-mail address every first and second week of the month)
The MPT Drivehub app can be downloaded via Google Play Store or Apple App Store while the One-stop Shops (located in NLEX Balintawak, NLEX Tabang, San Fernando, and CALAX Greenfield stations) offer card replacements, balance transfers, and AutoSweep enrollments in as fast as 30 minutes. Further, customers who want to subscribe to the Auto-SOA may update their Easytrip account through myeasytripcams.easytrip.ph.
“As these programs roll out and continue to develop, Easytrip commits to putting the convenience of its customers at the heart of every effort and initiative,” Easytrip noted.
