The Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) has recently concluded its “Download, Drive, and Win! Promo” wherein the grand prizes were two brand-new MG ZS units.
Per the toll operator, the two winners received their sport utility vehicles (SUV) at the Morris Garages showroom in Greenhills, San Juan. MPTC shared that the vehicle prizes have already been installed with Easytrip RFID stickers.
Apart from the SUV, the toll operator said that 10 winners will receive a cash prize of P100,000 each later within the month.
MPTC President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rodrigo Franco said that the promo yielded a massive increase in downloads, expanding its user base further and allowing the MPT Drivehub app to integrate seamlessly into the driving experience of motorists.
“We’re very pleased that people responded well to our promo,” Franco said.
“The point of Download, Drive, and Win was to show our appreciation for our customers, and to reward them in a manner befitting the season, and I personally think we got our message across, especially given the hesitation we initially anticipated.”
Attending the turnover ceremony of the vehicles to the winners were MPTC executives alongside The Covenant Car Company, Inc. President and CEO Atty. Alberto Arcilla.
“It is our distinct honor to be a part of this initiative with MPTC, knowing that the winners will soon embark on their best journeys yet behind the wheel of their brand-new MG ZS, and with the MPT Drivehub as their travel companion,” the TCCCI helm said.
To note, the MPT Drivehub was launched on March 1 last year, coinciding with the opening of the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX). The mobile device app is presenting itself as the ultimate driving partner for planning, managing, and ultimately, learning to enjoy the journey again. Its features accommodate both short and long drives, such as quick runs between cities or road trips provinces apart. With its real-time RFID balance check and reloading, toll fee computation, traffic advisory and emergency roadside assistance features, the app sets up each user for the smoothest possible drive every time.
The MPT Drivehub can be used to reload the RFID for all MPTC expressways namely the CCLEX, (North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), NLEX Connector, Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex), and Cavitex C5 Link.
