New Ford Ranger, Everest trims now available at online reservation portal

The new Ford Ranger and Everest variants are powered by a 2.0-liter single turbocharged engine paired to a six-speed automatic or manual transmission.The Blue Oval brand’s local arm shared those who are eyeing for the next-generation Ford Ranger XLT, XLS, and XL, as well as the Everest Limited and Trend may now reserve for a unit online.
With the availability of the aforementioned options, Ford Philippines has finally made all variations of the two models available to customers. Last month, buyers can only reserve for the Ford Ranger Wildtrak or the Everest Titanium and Sport.
Customers who will use the Ford online portal can configure their next-generation Ford vehicle by choosing their preferred model, transmission and drivetrain, and exterior color for an easier shopping experience. It also allows customers to choose their preferred Ford dealership and their mode of payment for a hassle-free process.
“Customers who have completed the online reservation process will receive regular updates via text or e-mail. They can also track the progress of their reservation via their Ford account. Their chosen Ford dealer will then reach out to discuss next steps, which include documentation, available payment options, and vehicle delivery date,” Ford Philippines shared.
The new offerings are all powered by a 2.0-liter single turbocharged engine paired to a six-speed automatic or manual transmission that can provide up to 168 horses and 405Nm of torque. They are also fitted with a 10-inch colored portrait touchscreen, SYNC 4A with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity and an eight-inch digital instrument cluster.
The Ford Ranger XLT, XLS and XL comes with a rear box step, and six airbags while the Everest Limited and Trend have a wireless charger, seven airbags, smart keyless entry with push button start, rear view camera, and parking sensors.
Further, Ford Philippines said that all variants of the next-generation Ranger and Everest are packaged with a five-year warranty. The longer warranty offering will cover the next-gen Ranger and Everest for up to five years or total mileage of up to 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
“We are so excited to offer our next-gen Ford vehicles in different trims and variants because we recognize that our customers have different needs, interests, and even budgets. There is indeed a Ford SUV or pick-up truck for everyone,” Ford Philippines Managing Director Michael Breen was quoted as saying.
“With our promise to treat customers like family, we have also put in place our online reservation portal and made available the 5-year warranty offering to enhance the Ford ownership experience,” he added.
