New Indian Armed Forces-Inspired Royal Enfield Bike Sports ABS
Retro bike maker Royal Enfield launched a new motorcycle on August 28. Dubbed the Signal 350, the bike is Indian Armed Forces-inspired and comes equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS).
The Signal 350 has two matte paint job color options--Airborne Blue and Stromrider Sand--and is equipped with a rider-only brown leather saddle, and blacked-out engine, headlight mask, wheels, and exhaust.
It appears that the new Royal Enfield bike will have the same engine as the regular Classic 350, which means that the two-wheeler has the 19.8 hp and 28 Nm of torque of the popular 346cc bike, and mated to a five-speed transmission.
Front suspension is handled by 35mm telescopic forks, while the rear boasts gas-charged shock absorbers. Braking duties is taken care of by a 280mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear.
