After offering its final internal combustion engine-powered version last September, the Porsche Cayenne’s hybrid version will be revealed in the Philippine market next month.
According to Porsche Philippines, the new Cayenne E-Hybrid will be unveiled on December 9 at the PGA Cars Studio in time for the Festival of Dreams event.
Aside from that, the company will also hold its groundbreaking rites for the soon-to-rise new Porsche Center building.
While no details have been shared as of time of posting, the Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid will likely come in sport utility vehicle and coupe versions.
In addition, the forthcoming Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid models are believed to come in standard and S (mid-grade) options.
However, when Carmudi Philippines checked the company website, the hybrid-powered Cayenne models namely the E-Hybrid (entry level), S E-Hybrid, and Cayenne Turbo GT E-Hybrid — with the last tagged as “new” under their respective categories.
Although that is the case the arriving version might be up to the S variant only — with the top-of-the-line variation to be offered via indent orders only.
Based on what was seen on the website, the Porsche Cayenne S e-Hybrid has a 3.0-liter V6 turbo engine and the 130-kilowatt electric motor.
More details are expected to be shared within the coming days.
