Porsche has launched the Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid, which can dish out a maximum power output of approximately 670 horsepower.
Thanks to its hybrid powertrain, which consists of a “fundamentally revised” four-liter V8 turbo engine and a newly-developed electric motor, the Porsche Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid can put out supercar-level power.
Peak torque, the German carmaker noted, is at 930 Newton-meters.
The hybrid powertrain is mated to a “comprehensively redesigned” eight-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission.
In unison, the said setup can propel the Porsche Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid from a standstill to 100 kilometers per hour (kph) in only about 3.2 seconds. Further, it reaches a top speed of 315kph.
The Porsche Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid is fitted with a 25.9 kilowatt-hour battery that offers an estimated all-electric driving range of around 91 kilometers according to Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure standards.
Per the Stuttgart-based car company, it will start handing over the Porsche Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid to its customers in Europe by March of next year.
The base price will start at P11.684 million.
