The next-generation Ford Territory arrived in the Philippine automotive scene with much fanfare, thanks to its official announcement taking place at the 2023 Manila International Auto Show, sitting next to the soon-to-be-unveiled next-gen Ranger Raptor.
Noticeably, the next-generation Ford Territory sports new headlamps, taillamps, and better-looking wheels. But what exactly changed inside the compact crossover? Join us as we check what’s inside the car’s cabin if you’re itching to find out.
One of the most notable updates that Ford endowed the next-generation Territory is its new digital screen.
The cabin of the Blue Oval brand’s compact crossover now packs a seamless floating display, which combines a 12-inch instrument cluster and a 12-inch infotainment system.
What’s more, the infotainment system comes with wireless Apple Carplay and wireless Android Auto.
The range-topping Titanium X variant of the next-gen Ford Territory comes with plenty of leather appointments, which can be found on the crossover’s seats (perforated leather), the armrest, and the steering wheel.
In our opinion, the leather trims go well with the faux wood appliques that sit flush on the dashboard of the automobile.
They are also supple and soft enough to keep the driver and the passengers comfortable during both short and long drives.
Ford also packed the next-generation Territory with dual-zone electronic automatic temperature control, which will prove useful for Filipino families given today’s woefully warm temperature.
Additionally, the next-generation Ford Territory is equipped with an air anion generator with PM 2.5 monitoring.
The next-gen Ford Territory also gets noteworthy features, which include a panoramic sunroof and a wireless charging pad.
The former will allow occupants to get closer to nature while the latter makes charging your smartphone on the road a tad more convenient.
