Nissan Philippines has formally unveiled its latest offering, the all-new Kicks e-Power — expanding the brand’s local lineup that promotes sustainable mobility.
Launched via its Youtube and Facebook pages, the all-new Nissan Kicks e-Power is said to be the company’s latest gamechanger.
The all-new Kicks e-Power — which is offered in three variants namely the EL (base variant) VE (mid-grade), and VL (top-of-the-line) — is powered by a e-Power technology, which is made up of the 349-volt EM47 AC Synchronous Motor with a 2.13-kilowatt lithium-ion battery and a 1.2-liter, three-cylinder double overhead cam, 12-valve naturally-aspirated engine. Based on UNR101 fuel efficiency testing, the vehicle can do as much as 25 kilometers per liter.
However, unlike the conventional hybrid powertrain, the all-new Nissan Kicks e-Power’s internal combustion engine is only utilized to charge the battery.
The unique crossover offering is 4,300mm long, 1,960mm wide and 1,615mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,620mm, ground clearance of 180mm and can carry up to 835 liters when the second-row seats are folded.
Further, the crème-dela-crème version of the Nissan Kicks e-Power is equipped with intelligent mobility features like the around view monitor with moving object detection, intelligent forward collision warning system, emergency braking, driver attention alert, hill-start assist and e-pedal step.
The Nissan Kicks e-Power is packaged with a standard warranty of three years or 100,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) and an additional two years or 50,000 kilometers for its mechanical and electrical warranty.
The available hues for the Nissan Kicks e-Power comes in the following six body colors: Cayenne Red, Pearl White, Gun Metallic, Brilliant Silver (EL exclusive), Riptide Blue (VE), and Premium Corona Orange (VL).
