Nissan PH to streamline repairs with Service Tablets

Nissan Service Tablet

In its bid to remove the uncertainty of customers waiting for updates for the services rendered to their cars, Nissan Philippines has introduced Service Tablets.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • What does the Nissan Service Tablets do?

The Nissan Service Tablet is the company's way to track repairs or communicate with vehicle owners.
  • How can Nissan customers book a service appointment for repairs?

Nissan customers may book an appointment through the Nissan Assist App on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, nearest dealership, or via the Customer Assistance Center Hotline at (+632) 8403-6593 or 0927-600-9557.
  • Utilized by service advisors and technicians across its vast dealer network, the Nissan Service Tablet is part of the company’s initiatives to leverage on its latest technology that is set to make customer service more advanced and hassle-free.

The Japanese automaker’s arm in the country said in a statement that with the Nissan Service Tablet, clients receive consistent and quality service for their cars. “Servicing time is also more efficient, now that Nissan’s master technicians and service advisors can quickly determine issues and order parts and repairs with just a few clicks on their Service Tablets,” Nissan Philippines shared.

Below are the ways on how the Nissan Service Tablet enhances the experience for customers:

    Vehicle inspection and repair checklist

Service advisors will do a walk around inspection to check the repairs needed for the vehicle and share the maintenance information through the Service Tablet. The aforementioned feature, Nissan said, will make car examinations easier and the information sharing to customers faster.

    Documentation

The Service Tablets are equipped with an Electronic Vehicle Health Check feature so that technicians can take photos and videos of parts that need to be replaced. The said documentation feature, alongside detailed explanation, can assist the customers in assessing the parts and procedures needed to complete the repairs.

Service advisors may also show videos that are linked directly to the recommended repairs. The videos will help customers visualize how each repair can benefit customers, helping them decide about their vehicle repairs.

    Remote Authorization

The Nissan Service Tablet also allows customers to remotely authorize the jobs that will be done to their vehicle. They can review repairs themselves regardless of where they are, while eliminating hidden charges since all information is available up front.

“Nissan's service tablets promise transparency throughout the aftersales care process, leaving customers assured that they’re getting the best maintenance for their vehicles. They can receive consistent updates, become better informed about the repairs they're availing of, and experience a stress-free and cost-efficient service,” Nissan Philippines noted.

To book a maintenance appointment with Nissan, customers can download the Nissan Assist App on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, visit their nearest dealership, or dial the Nissan Customer Assistance Center Hotline at (+632) 8403-6593 or 0927-600-9557.
