Omoda, Jaecoo claim China factory to produce 'quality vehicles' only

The brands have five research and development centers.Nestled within the brands' global headquarters, the super factory has the capacity to produce 300,000 vehicles as well as 200,000 knocked-down parts in a year — with a brand-new vehicle rolling off the production line every minute.
According to Omoda, the facility takes advantage of the consumer-to-manufacturer approach that prioritized customer experience in their on-time delivery processes. They also claimed that they have "pioneered a large-scale, personalized production model, standing as an example of the Industry 4.0 paradigm."
In addition, the yet-to-be-launched brands in the country have five research and development centers that ensure quality to their products.
Despite running mostly on robotics, the Philippine distributor declared that the facility operates as a low-energy, zero emission green factory.
“At Omoda and Jaecoo, we put utmost priority in the satisfaction of our customers. We want them to be proud and confident when they drive our vehicles, that is why we aim to deliver the best ownership experience to them with our products," Omoda Philippines Brand Manager John Ezekiel Asuncion told Carmudi Philippines.
Earlier, Omoda and Jaecoo said that it is keen on providing efficient aftersales support to the Philippine market, adding that part of the plan is to put up a replacement storage hub before the official launched slated within the final quarter of 2023.
The said goal will aid the targeted 15 dealerships receive enough supply of parts to meet the demands of its customers.
Also, Omoda Philippines also stated that the gasoline-propelled Omoda 5 will be offered to clients with a comprehensive vehicle warranty policy of either seven years or 200,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).
Before the end of the year, Omoda has a goal of being present in 20 countries, while Jaecoo, in 10 overseas markets.
Last August, Omoda has breached the 100,000-unit sales milestone.
