  • To be called the O-Universe,  the upcoming Chinese automotive brand in the country said that the main idea is for all Omoda customers (which the company fondly call as “Omoders”) to feel the Omoda Lifestyle even when they are not inside their cars.

    “Coming from the vision that Omoda should share its mindset with every 'Omoder', the brand understands that the profile of its customers will be relatively young, independent, and go-getters. Omoda shares this drive with its customers and is thus envisioning to interconnect several aspects of their world with access, perks, and exclusive deals,” Omoda Philippines shared.

    According Omoda Philippines, the O-Universe will be divided into four categories:

    O-Fashion: Omoda owners will enjoy discounts on selected premium fashion and sporting brands, and gain access to special sales promotions before being opened to the public.

    O-Club: Omoda owners get access to social happenings, VIP invites to weekend clubs, markdowns on travel and leisure packages, and special offers on selected restaurants.

    O-Life: Omoda owners will get rebates and advice on fuel rates with its fuel partner and be included in corporate social responsibility activities such as environmental runs, outreach programs, among others.

    O-Lab: Omoda will create platforms and avenues, in the form of webpages, forums and events, where the company can listen to customer feedback and wishlists. The idea — which Omoda Philippines calls as “user co-creation”, is designed to encourage clients to share their input on what the brand needs to improve on, or what they expect to see in the upcoming models. “This way, all Omoders will have a personal touch on future Omoda products,” the company noted.

    The O-Universe ecosystem will be ready as soon as Omoda is launched in the country —ensuring that the first batch of owners will enjoy the perks of owning an Omoda from Day 1.

    Earlier reports stated that Omoda and Jaecoo Philippines are set for their Philippine debuts by the final quarter of the year.
